He is responsible for the financial matters of the Group. Mr Sam brings with him 18 years of experience in accounting and financial management. He started his career as an auditor in an international accounting firm, responsible for audits of multi-nationals and local listed companies. He left to join a SESDAQ company in 1993 as Finance and Administration Manager and was promoted to Executive Director in 2000, responsible for its financial as well as operation matters. Mr Sam holds a degree in Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

He is in charge of co-ordinating the movements of vessels, updating of vessel documentation, and crew management. Mr Yeo joined Swissco Offshore as a Shipping Executive in 1975. His role then was to co-ordinate the ship supplies, logistics and freight forwarding. The company branched out into supply vessels and OPL business in 1990, when he has since been in charge of this business area. Mr Yeo is the uncle of Executive Director, Mr Yeo Kian Teong Alex.

Mr Raju Gnasegaran oversees the management of all marine related services including towage, heavy lifts, and matters relating to oil pollution and support operational and project activities. Prior to joining us in 2004, Mr Raju Gnasegaran was with Briggs Environmental Service (Asia) Pte Ltd as an Operations/Business Development Manager. He assisted in setting up the company in Singapore and its operations regionally, and was responsible for the management of chemical/oil spill and associated marine services. In his portfolio of achievements, he has more than 10 years of experience in managing oil spill response services, maintenance of machinery, salvage and ocean towage operations. He holds a supervisory management certificate awarded by the School of Oil Pollution Control,Texas A & M University.
