Swissco Holdings Limited ("SWISSCO") is a leading marine service provider for the shipping and offshore Oil and Gas industries.
Listed on the stock exchange of Singapore, SWISSCO owns and operates a young fleet of offshore support vessels ("OSV"), tugs, barges and OPL ("Out-Port-Limit") boats. With vessels deployed from Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam to the Middle East, the Group has earned a reputation for providing one of the most comprehensive marine and shipping solutions in a prompt, reliable and efficient manner. Offshore Support Vessels: SWISSCO operates a young and modern fleet of OSVs, periodically renewing its vessels to ensure customers enjoy a newer and wider range of vessels to keep pace with its customers' changing operational environment. As a result, the Group has risen to the higher value-added sector of the business. Companies in the fast-diversifying oil and gas industry utilise OSVs for seismic work, exploration, production and maintenance operations. SWISSCO offers OSVs for charter to carry out towages, transport personnel, cargo and supplies; it carries out standby duties and anchor handling.
Ship-Repair and Maintenance: Small to mid-sized marine vessels which pass through Singapore ports require regular repair and maintenance to ensure seaworthiness and meet certification requirements. With its own waterfront yard and ship repair facilities, SWISSCO caters to this need. Singapore Marine Logistics Pte Ltd ("SMLog"), a subsidiary of SWISSCO, manages the Group's ship repair and maintenance business.
OPL & Shipping Services: Ships calling at the Singapore Port constantly require support services such as heavy lift operations, afloat repairs, warehousing, forklifts, cranes, land transport vehicles, ship's supplies and barge services. SWISSCO provides these comprehensively while operating a wide variety of OPL boats for ships which stop to replenish fuel and water and make crew changes. The Group also assists ship owners and agents with their ships passes at OPL.
Maritime Services: SWISSCO assist its customers to source for marine and offshore equipment as well as supplies and consumables for their offshore projects. It also sources for vessels for sale to its customers. Swissco Energy Services Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of SWISSCO manages the Group's maritime services business.
