Robert Chua Swee Chong is our Executive Director and Executive Chairman. He joined our group in April 2008. Mr Chua has extensive experience, over 30 years, in the sales and marketing of offshore support and vessels to the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. He was the marketing manager of Far East Levingston Shipbuilding Ltd (now known as Keppel FELS Limited) from 1974 to 1978 where he was responsible for the sale and marketing of mobile offshore drilling rigs and support vessels. He was also in charge of negotiating various shipbuilding contracts. In 1978, Mr Chua founded International Maritime Industries Pte Ltd (now known as Dragon Supply Ships Pte Ltd ("DSS")), a company which is engaged in the marine and offshore industry. Mr Chua's primary responsibilities in DSS included structuring relationships with shipowners, operators and builders and overseeing and managing DSS' business activities.

Kang Hwee Meng is our Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed to our Board on 16 September 2009 and is responsible for overseeing the overall management and daily operations of our group.

From June 1995 to May 1998, Mr Kang served as the Head of Currency Options & Treasury

Marketing of ABN AMRO Bank, Singapore. From June 1998 to November 2001, he was appointed as the Senior Vice President of SG Bank Tokyo & Singapore. From December 2001 to December 2002, he was the Head of Finance Market of DEXIA Singapore. From January 2003 to August 2005, Mr Kang was appointed as the Managing Director of Xin Ming Hui F & B Limited, Shanghai. Mr Kang was appointed as the Director of Investment, Private Wealth Management of Merrill Lynch Singapore from October 2005 to December 2008. In January 2009, he was appointed as the Senior Vice President of EFG Bank Singapore where he served till September 2009. He holds a bachelor degree in business administration from National University of Singapore and master of arts in economics from University of Sheffield, England.

Mr Yeo was appointed as Executive Director on 15 October 2010. He is responsible for the day to day management of the Chartering and Ship Repair and Maintenance business. He assists the Executive Chairman in developing business strategies of our Group, and leads in the effective management of our Group's regional operations and expansion. Mr Yeo began his career as an Operations Executive in Swissco Offshore in 1992. He then assumed the role of an Operations Manager two years later, and oversaw the business marketing for the Group. Mr Yeo was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Swissco International Limited since November 2004. He graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Lim How Teck is our Independent Non-Executive Director. Mr Lim is Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee. He was appointed to our Board on 27 April 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr Lim was with Neptune Orient Lines Ltd from 1979 to 2005 and its group of companies in various capacities including group deputy chief executive officer, chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Mr Lim has extensive experience and an in-depth knowledge of the shipping industry. Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the National University of Singapore.

Tan Fuh Gih

Mr Tan Fuh Gih was appointed as non-executive director on 5 May 2011. He is a member of Audit and Remuneration Committee. From 1978 to April 2008, he was with KS Energy Group and was instrumental in the Group's expansion into the oil & gas industry in the 1980s. He was also the founder of the Projects Division which handles all the projects based procurement & supply to the oil & gas major players. Since June 2009, he acts as an advisor to Swissco Holdings Limited. Besides his business interests, Mr Tan is actively involved in grassroots organisations and is currently the Chairman of Boon Lay Citizens' Consultative Committee. Mr Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Nanyang University and he also holds a MBA from the National University of Singapore.
